On the day of your first appointment, please arrive at the office 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. If you need directions, please see the Directions page on this web site. If you require a referral from your Primary Care Physician (PCP), please make the necessary arrangements. Make sure that your PCP has sent the necessary medical records to give our physician a chance to examine your medical history. Also, bring a copy of your insurance card(s) so that we can bill your insurance carrier. Co-pays are due at the time of service.

Office Policies

• Our office is open Monday, Tuesday, Friday, 8:00AM to 4:00PM;
  Wednesday 8:00am to Noon
  Thursday 9:00AM to 6:00PM
• Office hours are by appointment and may be scheduled by calling
  (703) 723-3398. We do our best to keep waiting times to a minimum.
• Unfortunately emergencies do happen and can cause undue delays. If an emergency affects your scheduled appointment, we will work with you to reschedule at another convenient time.
• A physician is on call after hours for our patients with emergencies and for hospital consultation requests.
• Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice if you are unable to honor a scheduled appointment. A no-show fee of $50 may be charged should you miss a scheduled appointment without at least 24 hours notice.
• Please have your pharmacy fax refill requests at least a week before they are due. Please do not call the office for refills
